There are times when I question my insanity over writing blogs. The first post is always one of those times. I have to admit, it often takes me days to come up with something worthy of the first post, and the hours of [tag]insomnia[/tag] that go along with it really make me wonder why I do it.
It seems rather ironic to be losing sleep over a blog post about sleep. But I (or my ego) want it to be a post that doesn’t leave you shaking your head at yet another cheesy blog post. “Hi. Welcome to my blog about sleep” just doesn’t do it for me.
Does it work for you?
Didn’t think so. So on to the real reason this blog exists…
Sleep is such an important thing for all of us. It transcends every boundary known to mankind because it doesn’t matter who you are … if you’re human, you need [tag]sleep[/tag]. And in this day and age most of us either need more sleep than what we get, or we need to figure out ways to get better [tag]quality sleep[/tag] in the time we have.
Thus ends the first post. I’m going to sleep now…
